"I started “Mason Estates” as a small one man business in Ranelagh in 1987. We remained a small business until 1995 when we expanded and opened ten other agencies throughout Dublin, Wicklow and Meath. In 1997 we started Mason Financial Services, a company which has now established itself as one of the leading Mortgage Brokers in Dublin, and indeed Ireland.

I met Ray Ryan in 1992 and he became our accountant in 1993, auditing our annual accounts. However, shortly after we availed of his business acumen and advice, he became a driver of our business, and played a large part in our companies expansion and growth. He chaired our board meetings, helped us to see the target line, controlled our finances, and drove our ambitions keeping us within prudent financial controls.
