Rays primary interests are in the advisory role where he can assist businesses large and small to adapt and grow in the ever changing business environment. He has extensive experience and expertise in helping owner managed and professional practices to set up structures in order to ensure strength, depth and continuity to survive and flourish well into the future and the next generation.
Ray has a great deal of experience working with clients, solicitors and barristers in a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, dispute resolution and financial investigations. He has dealt with revenue audits across a wide range of sectors.
Ray is a very keen rugby enthusiast and is very much involved in the administration of the game at club, provincial and national level.
Ray founded the practice in 1981. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.

Kate has been with the firm since 1990, she is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 27 years with the firm she has been involved with a wide range of clients that vary is industry and size. Kate heads our taxation department but is also involved in audit, accounting and client services. Kate has developed considerable technical knowledge in dealing with clients involved in a regulatory environment, especially the financial services sector. Before becoming a Chartered Accountant, Kate trained as a scientist with a special interest in botany and mycology, she worked in the agri-food sector for a couple of years before realising her interest was more in the financial side of business. Today the closest she gets to botany is gardening for pleasure.

Conor joined the practice in 2002 after completing his Degree in Business Studies in DCU. Conor completed his chartered accountancy exams and has since gone on to complete a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards. He leads the audit team and is in charge of compliance in the practice. Conor has developed many new skills and with his experience has completed the audit of large companies and instigated new systems with clients to improve efficiency and reporting standards.
