All our trainees will be involved in accounts preparation, audit, tax and consultancy. We try and move our trainees up the value chain as quick as possible as they learn more and become better chartered accountants. Since 2002 all of our trainees have completed their exams within their trainee contracts and have gone on to become fully qualified chartered accountants. There is a big emphasis on the education side of a trainee’s life in Ryan & Crowley.
